Oof I forgot about ventilation. I only have about 30m2 of usable space in my apartment and would rather not poison my animals. Gels it is!
You should try it out if you’re curious, I think it cost less than a single GW technical and goes on a lot smoother than the blue one.

If you had a mortgage out on one of the cheapest properties with no HOA at ~2.8mil you’re looking at 16k per month on principal and interest alone. Add 35k for property taxes and you’ve got a nice round $250k to cover 2 bills for a burnt out husk that insurance didn’t cover
