I originally wanted it to be the Cheerleader, but ended up deciding that Dancer worked better. They're known for beeping energetic, cutesy, and usually rather flirty. (I also think they're the only class capable of inflicting Charm!)

The way this works in-game is that their books provide an area around them for a short time - Things like reducing elemental damage, changing weather effects, producing light and more. They also have to pick and choose what books they carry each day!

Guardians are the only class that uses 'spells' - which are specific, magical actions that produce the same result each time. They're rigorously tested by a group of arcanists who live in the Deadwood, a massive tree where most Guardians train.

Psychics are all decendants of the psychic aliens known as the Ahaeth, who are capable of shapeshifting & passing down their psionic abilities through the bloodline. (Though each generation that passes tends to make their psychic power weaker)

Gameplay-wise, they use a Trick that they can customize, with 3 parts: a Catalyst for damage, a Performance for range, and a third one (i don't recall the name) for a secondary effect.

Trickster thrive on causing problems for their opponents :)

Lore-wise, Bards are fairly simple: they're bards. They share stories through songs.

Their songs range from "how to be polite with merchants" to "scare your kids into behaving" and "here's a story about a dragon"

Soul Warriors use a special piece of magical technology called an Uwatt (the maeflai word for Wand!)

It can allow their soul to become a physical object, which they sample and turn into a powerful blade, capable of piercing a soul through flesh.
