@gettingovercast.bsky.social i know the horror stuff isn't your thing, but the Wyatt Sicks house at Halloween Horror Nights ended up being incredible. I'm waiting in line to do it for my person ninth time in four visits. It's a fantastic tribute to the memory of Windham and the entire Wyatt Sicks.

In the absolute shock of learning I re-tore my left ACL, I completely forgot my ortho already told me a week ago I'm likely going to need my right lateral meniscus scoped and scraped again.
...would they do both at the same time or am I looking at a double surgery 2025?

Having a cold/flu this bad while living alone and being single and having no family within 200 miles really sucks a lot. It's taken me 5 hours to get out of bed and medicate and drink water. My entire body aches. My head aches. I'm cold and sweating. My feet are ice and my torso is on fire.

I'm the perfect amount of stupid to really, really enjoy reading. I very rarely pick up on any foreshadowing, and I don't think about or overanalyze tropes. With the right authors, every plot twist and turn and surprise is amazing because I'm way too dumb to have seen it coming. Reading is awesome.

The Jets are so funny, I haven't watched in almost 10 years and they're the same team. The games play out the same way. I never believed in the "Same Old Jets" aura/mentality growing up but I believe it now.
