There is no difference, in terms of mechanism/process/procedure, between the LLM generating a statistically likely sequence of tokens (which happens to match reality) and generating a statistically likely sequence of tokens (which happens not to match reality)

(definitely some things in there that are plenty concerning; not sure that any of them amount to calling all violence against any Israeli justified. Nevertheless, one could certainly reasonably want Mayor Adams to be doing more here!)
