Afflicted by a shit mood today so I did a #gunpla out of the pile that I knew could get done quick and easy.

On further research, it seems like I had it backwards - this is essentially a reprint of an older licensed Sailor Moon TTRPG, which was written ages ago, but the current publishers don't have the Sailor Moon rights, so they've essentially commissioned new artists to 're-skin' the thing
What happens when you absolutely set out to make a Sailor Moon TTRPG but either lose the license or realise you don't have it after all the text for your book is done? Probably something like Soldier Lune
