I recall a story in the Oregonian a few years back where a store owner complained she spent thousands repainting every time taggers hit. If they'd just spend some on an artist, they'd never have to repaint because taggers respect art.

If car insurance companies had to pay out on pedestrian deaths you'd see improvement in these bad streets. They will lobby for anything that saves them money.

Nah it's way too cold. They'll wait till summer when they don't need you to keep them warm at night.
