Omaha born and raised.

Solidarity means solidarity.
I'm not blaming one over the other, it's both, and they're both very well connected politically.

I got lesbian rock, dad rock, a Japanese band, and country. I'm just surprised there's no Taylor, but I didn't care for her last two albums.

Not remotely the point, but the fuck is this? It's like they raised the didn't measure right and said fuck it, make them slightly offset.

I'm no interior decorator, but I've been in some pretty swanky places for work and I've never seen lack of attention to details.

The ROW of the railroad as it exists doesn't match the ROW of the railroad as defined by monuments and I'm gonna scream.

Mine loves laying on top of the coffee table or the arm rest while staring out the front window.

Is not just coastal areas though, it's most urban areas, and the people who end up hurt by it are lower income.

Doesn't seem great to have DHS calling for war with Mexico.

Glad you agree the amount of open housing in NYC can't meet even 1/10th of the demand that already exists.

I'm sorry if you suffer from long COVID, but that's just not based on reality. The flu is more common with a similar hospitalization rate and is at least as deadly, if not more so.

I'm all for better public health planning, including air filters and for people who think they may be sick masking up.

Of note here, garden variety slave owners of the era were regularly sexually assaulting the people they owned and punishing them with acts we'd recognize as torture.

There can be no such thing as a good slaver and never has been.

Makes it real fun when they shift enough for a new section monument to my placed, except that's not actually how it works and you just get real, real goofy Government Lots.

Doubt he'll ever see it but @mikeduncan.bsky.social just gave me an incredible present. I started this project on ep1 of the Revolutions podcast and I'm listening to the Martian season as I finish, but I have 3 rooms to go and now he's announced more to come. Thanks for the hours of entertainment!

He's annoyed he's only getting one handed scritches and demanding the second.

Dunno about healthy but this was my poverty meal.

I don't always cook the beans first if I'm in a hurry/feeling lazy. I do highly recommend mixing your own spices/grinding whole ones if you have the stuff. My wife had a coffee grinder she never used and now it's the spice grinder

That's the best part, they aren't!

At least not in any way that matters. Arguably, the current crop has a fair bit of resemblance to the Progressive Era, complete with an obsession with "racial purity" and atrocious race relations.
