I made a chicken, butternut squash curry that is GERD friendly. It was pretty good. Definitely needed the grated ginger I accidentally forgot to add.

My body got tired of my bullshit of ignoring my food allergies and sensitives by giving me gastritis. So now I'm finally listening. I made a GERD friendly, dairy free, casserole with Turkey, butternut squash and wild rice. Was pretty tasty despite not being a huge fan of any squash. #food

With the sims gone, I can focus on a game that gave me panic attacks instead. I love horror, big horror fan. But this game when I first played it WRECKED me. To the point hearing the theme song gave me anxiety, lol. I got the DLC so I'm very excited. #ddlc
