I was at the mountain challenge on the weekend it was fantastic great atmosphere, amazing routes
Definitely recommend their events

I wish there was a way to have a break from my head to recharge & get back doing what I love
hopefully the new meds will start working soon if they dont create the break I need I'll be going back to my DR
The hardest thing I ever heard was "you tried to abandon the dog who'd give her life for you"

I just had a panic attack I dont know how my support dog knew as she was sleeping downstairs she sprinted into my room dived on my bed shes snoring on my shoulder
Im not going to do anything Ive a safe space in the house and I stay there until Im calm
Plus I cant be the 5th person to abandon my dog

I also couldn't eat my dinner because I dropped my fork on the floor and my dog licked it. As my fork was being sterilised I had to use my plastic camping spoon to eat stir-fry

It doesn't matter how good or bad you sound as long as you are having fun. You could be the most amazing singer in the world but hate singing
