While we’re on this subject, how are 500,000 Haitians supposed to return to supposedly safe Haiti when their major airport is closed to commercial air traffic until March, 2026. The only other airport supports just 14 flights a day.

Third world countries isn’t even accepted terminology. It’s correct to say “developing countries”.

We need a Democratic majority in Congress. My state is a Republican controlled congress and a nearly powerless Democratic Attorney General (previously gerrymandered out of his congressional seat) and a Democratic governor with his hands tied. Somehow, Trump took our swing state. I don’t know how.
