Also spotted this Alpina B3 GT Touring at Bedford Autodrome.
A 529hp 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged straight-six means 0-62mph in 3.5 seconds.
The body gains additional bracing, plus new dampers and anti-roll bars. Forged 20-inch wheels in ‘Oro Tecnico’ are unique to the B3 GT.

Porsche 911 S/T spotted in the car park at Bedford Autodrome.
One of 1,963 made, with the 525hp flat-six from a 992 GT3 RS and the narrower, wingless body of a GT3 Touring.
Other niceties include a shorter-ratio manual gearbox, thinner glass and centre-lock magnesium wheels.

Last drive of the day is the Ginetta G56 GTA.
Derived from Ginetta’s GT4 race car, this has a 300hp 3.7-litre Ford V6, rear-wheel drive and perfect 50:50 weight distribution.
Here’s my previous review on Robb Report: robbreport.com/motors/cars/...

PalmerSport’s deal with Hyundai means the electric Ioniq 5 N is now available for track drives at Bedford.
Quite a contrast to the Caterham Seven, but it’s fast and fun, with loads of configurability for drive modes and drift angles.

Slowing the pace down with an off-road drive in a classic Defender 90.
The target on the windscreen is for tennis balls that dangle on strings at strategic points along the route.
The idea is to score a bullseye when you drive underneath each one.

Back in my comfort zone, doing drifts and donuts in a 175hp, 650kg PalmerSport-spec Caterham Seven.

Race suit on now, as it’s time for the Formula 3000 single-seater.
Running gear is similar to the JP-LM (250hp V6 and a six-speed sequential ’box), but this car has less weight and more aero.
A bit daunting on Bedford’s fast and open 1.87-mile West Circuit. 😬

Next up is the Palmer JP-LM.
A sports prototype powered by a 3.0-litre Cosworth V6, it reaches 60mph in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 164mph.
Quite a raw and physical experience after the relatively easy-to-drive Artura GT4.

McLaren Artura GT4 is the pride of the PalmerSport fleet.
It’s a full-house endurance racer with slicks, Alcon brakes, Bosch motorsport ABS, a mechanical LSD and an air jacking system.
Power comes from the same 3.0 twin-turbo V6 as the road car, but minus the hybrid tech.

Well, the kids’ verdict is in: the rear-seat Theatre Screen makes this i7 my best press car EVER.
The 31.3in 8K touchscreen sits flush with the headlining when not in use.
It’s combined with Bowers & Wilkins surround-sound audio and smartphone-style control pads in the doors.

Best design detail on the Lamborghini Temerario is how the body cuts away to expose the rear tyres – a subtle nod to the Countach, apparently.

New baby Lambo swaps the Huracan’s NA 5.2-litre V10 for a 4.0 twin-turbo V8 with three axial-flow electric motors.
Feeling a bit trepidatious about this one, as the Huracan (especially in STO and Tecnica guises) was one of my all-time favourites.
