I am firmly team "hypnosis is an art" and wish there was more education that focused on that direction.
Art doesn't mean there's no structure or theory. There is a ton we should be transferring from theory and skill of visual art, music, writing, etc. We should take THAT as seriously as science.

Having to go to urgent care centres for everything is very frustrating and makes it really hard to get good quality care.

The first episodes of Starfleet Academy are OK, certainly better than Encounter at Farpoint. And I think you could have a good ST series with this premise. Problem is they won't get a chance- ten episodes or less per season just doesn't give you the time to make proper Trek.
