The Canadian Prime Minister is in China—TODAY—negotiating trade relations. Pretty soon he'll be negotiating global security relations for NATO.

If you sever from your NATO allies with Greenland, do not expect them to stand in the way of China and Russia when they see the US as fresh meat.
The United States needs to realize that the world does not need them. They are not necessary to the survival or the prosperity of the free world. We will move on without you.

This draws the parallel of tiktok/scrolls/reels being akin to slot machines, and I haven't been able to shake it since.

I guess social media scrolling is the same thing.

And some news apps.

That....uhhh....is an uncomfortable realization.

Full-time Return to Office policies are important for collaborating and producing ideas and improvements that will later be rejected by management and never implemented.

Workers must maximize their suffering for the thing that they plan their entire lives and their family's lives around.

Hey, before Trump ends NATO and tips global power heavily in favour of our adversaries...

...someone please tell him that there's no government bailouts for America. Unlike when he tanked all of his other businesses with stupid decisions.

Srsly, we started 2025 with a continuing GPU shortage, and ended it with a DRAM shortage that is driving up prices of most of the other components.

I never thought that sticking with AM4 would put me at such an advantage.
God dammit am I glad I finished my PC builds last year before the DRAM insanity.

Camera is worse, but I've still got the old phone for that, and am considering just getting a simple point & shoot camera with optical zoom for "Kodak moments".
Looking forward to the black Friday deals to replace my Pixel 4a with the totally effed battery.

I'll be damned if I'm spending more than $300 on this prison device, though.
