I'm a writer. I have a blog, a lot of published fiction and a website: timeaglefiction.com/blog
Being a writer is challenging, and displaying my craft is a task I'm never very good at. The horror I have to offer is psychological, liminal, with twists, turns, small towns and a squeeze of the supernatural mixed with my love of personalizing my characters. Here are a few books. #booksky

Can we just get rid of the cesspool administration in office? I'm tired. I'm tired of the hate, the senseless murders and the fourth Reich storming the streets and terrorizing families. We have to resist and continue to protest these monsters.

These little creatures are crawling around in droves. They stick together and look like patches of black in the grass, or even seen here in the trunk of a banana tree. They're cute and from a distance look like crickets, they are not, they are Lubber Grasshopper Nymphs who can't fly.

Built by my father-in-law, Opa, in 1996. So many great books that have stayed in my mind but have since been divided between adult children so Maria and I could be full time RVers.

Léa Seydoux has joined Mikey Madison in the cast for brand new Edgar Allan Poe adaptation THE MASQUE OF THE RED DEATH from A24.

A noblewoman’s exile leads her twin to assume her identity in a plague-sealed medieval kingdom.

I put this Python skin mask on and it fits! Did you know you can buy Python Skin for $75 a foot? It was a little scratchy, slightly uncomfortable, and changed my eye color, but I tried it on. Here's the results. What are your thoughts, would you wear one? #writerslife #pythonlife #rvlife

Walter was so cold she didn't beg me for her morning soft food. Instead she lay on the crumpled blanket and kept warm. The temps plummeted to 42 degrees during the night. And that's cold for Florida. #catlife

Crater Lake was breathtaking and a throwback picture as to why Maria and I love to travel. Of course, I look for horror inspiration on our adventures, but the views and nature are what truly make our hearts sing. #writerslife #rvlife #travel

Happy Monday morning! We're heading into a cool down over the next couple weeks down here in Ochopee, how's the weather where you're at? #writerslife

The temp was slowly letting up as the sun drizzled its last remaining rays through branches of cypress. There was rustling from unknown things  within the overgrown mangroves. The sounds enticed us as we slowly drove our little Mario Kart on the silent dirt ribbon just off Tamiami Trail.

The only place in Florida that will take a dead Python as currency and make you a pizza! A plethora of Python purses, stuffed snakes, earrings and everything the imagination can conjure when it comes to the invasive species. This place was full of old Florida eccentricity.

The night noises, the stranger walking at a time of night when most are asleep, are all details that I can't ignore and include in my writing from the RV life. The novella I just finished, Karma Cop, was inspired by something from the road, a winged trailer that houses something sinister. #booksky

Maria has been on a kick and collecting coffee mugs at various travel locations. I'm a traditionalist to a fault when it comes to drinking my morning coffee and have been drinking from my Darth Vader cup almost exclusively for years. Today I decided to shake it up. #travel #booksky #skunkape

Here's a pic of me trying to stand like Rod Serling from The Twilight Zone, minus the suite and cigarette, in an empty eerie restaurant on the road. Have you ever thought about what lies on the road less travelled? From eerie encounters to breathtaking views, I love sharing this journey! Deets 👇

A new work week began yesterday. Nomadic life is all about movement, but horror lives in the things that refuse to move. I remember a Kansas diner in '96, while on the way home from our honeymoon. The place was barren, cold, with a floor that creaked underfoot. These are my inspirational adventures

Welcome to another Free Fiction Friday!

The first story to emerge from behind the paywall in 2026 is a haunting tale of the cute things children say, mythology, and the coming of a deep and harsh winter...

I woke up in 2026, yay! But most importantly I have some tentative accomplishments to let you browse in the collage. Maria and I enter 2026 still strong, still married and still, knock on wood, with decent health. I give you more at the place you all love, deets 👇. Happy New Year! #booksky

You're never going to believe this, I'm still in shock. I decided to enlarge my head, or lower my ears and opted for a haircut. I think it turned out good? But when I went to pay, I was charged, brace yourself....

For a Senior Haircut! Do I look like a senior, let me know in the comments!
