I started learning to ring the bells at the St Albans cathedral exactly four years ago, and have wanted to make this cookie set since that day. I finally had a chance when our tower hosted the St Albans district meeting a few weeks ago!

Maltese are absolutely magical! So incredibly sweet and very smart, too. It's one of the few dog breeds I can have with all my allergies, and they're definitely the perfect size for getting carried around.

Over the years, one first or another didn't like pecans, another mini marshmallows... And so now it's pretty much raspberries and whipped cream. But it's delicious.
