If Senate (likely) pass the resolution it falls to the occupant of the Oval Office to sign or veto. If Donald has nothing to shield himself from he will not veto and the files (what remain) can and must be reviewed.
Either Mike is in denial or he is, like his boss, senile! 427-1 isn’t a maybe, it’s a decisive push by the House. If Senate fail to pass the resolution it signals a huge disconnect between the chambers which will be disastrous for no votes seeking reelections.
