Wonder how many CPU cycles are wasted for generating the same HTML by running the same code, db queries, and network traffic for the same requests and responses, even if nothing has changed.

Although I prefer to end all my text files with a newline, cause its part of the "Unix philosophy" for reasons. It doesn't hurt, especially in the JS/TS ecosystem, does it? After reading the comments on the linked issue, I don't understand the argument against having the last line end with a newline

The only example I probably would use an LLM for is to remove/replace profanity from a text, as I think (not tested) it might be better to understand and find more subtle profanity from the meaning of a text if that’s a requirement.

I can so relate to what you wrote, but it’s not just the tech industry with AI, imo. Social media, politics,… I can’t stand this black-and-white thinking.

It shows again that there will be a „consolidation“ of AI companies and services needed, and consumer AI products will probably not survive.

It’s the worst update, not just because of the liquid (gl)ass thingy, generally feels buggier and UX degraded for a lot of things which were working well for me just, as far as I can tell, because of the new glass UI theme. I was never closer than now to switching back to Linux tbh.
