But no amount of time is guaranteed. That’s the problem. Everyday is judgement day. The Traveling Wilburys taught me that.

These are all ways of refusing to change—to imagine anyone else changes either. It’s one way to exist, for sure, but it’s not a way to live.

Me too—and I have my own. Mental shortcuts that do more harm than good. Justin’s language is helping me see them for what they are.
