The Pod Save America bros said Newsom was inevitable (disagree, IMO I think he's got about as much of a shot as Ron Paul in the 08 or 12 cycle whenever it was he was a big libertarian meme), and Gavin had Ben Shapiro on his podcast very recently. So that's why you're seeing it bubble up. It'll pass.

The twist of having 3 people at the final TC could have been more interesting with a different 3rd person on the stage. I would not be opposed to them continuing it, but also wouldn't be upset if they went back to just 2.

The back half of S13 was much more enjoyable than the front half, IMO. My opinions might change as watching this season has been inconsistent for me. Between stuff going on personally, and ofc the horrors, I was seriously distracted. It was a delight to watch Aitu take it all the way, though.

I remember I once had this happen to me while listening to Mudvayne's Rock Am Ring set from 2005 (specifically during "Silenced") and it instantaneously made me want to start doing crowdkilling in my room.
