I can see why the recipe for this #KitchenEndeavours use a photo while still in the pan... an absolute nightmare to plate up with style 😂
However, taste-wise, this is a bit of a banger! Very rich so perhaps an infrequent brunch rotation option 🥚

But I did the areabbiata myself and I'm never going to microwave a new potato!
