Marriage-in-trouble books are hard to do well, but damn Meredith Duran absolutely kills it. Both sides have wronged the other, both are hurt and dealing with their own issues and each other, both have to forgive and be forgiven. Just a great book.

I joked to my book club that if I had a nickel for every book we read where a guy got turned inside out, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened twice.
