Watched a few short-film programmes at the online edition of the LONDON INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FESTIVAL.

Having now played through the opening area of Metroid Prime 4, I gotta say, all that backlash over Myles Mckenzie turned out to be completely insane.
Do I LOVE him? No, but for all the talk, he barely followed me for 20 minutes. Kinda BS that the previews overinflated it and put people off the game.

It's weird to me how many reviews of Prime 4 critique it for not being different enough from the previous ones. I get that it's a shame Metroid didn't receive the same overhaul that the likes of Mario and Zelda got on Switch. But it's also been 18 years since Prime 3. Not exactly a well worn formula

Watched Zootopia 2, AKA Zootropolis 2.
I liked it! Didn't blow my mind, but I think it's a mildly superior film to the original just because it's a little better written. Same great animation/designs/world, lots of fun action and snappy comedy. Predictable but fun.

As a result of Epic Game's use of AI generated imagery in the game, I'm afraid I have had to cancel the highly anticipated Lizard collab skin for Fortnite. They begged me not to, they knew it could save their company, but sometimes you just have to take a stand. Also their cheque didn't clear.

Finally got to play through the Silent Hill 2 remake.
Despite all signs pointing to the contrary before launch, this turned out to be a truly spectacular reimagining of one my favourite games. Maybe a little too heavy on the combat, but DAMN if it ain't a spectacular and intense experience. Loved it
