Sounds to me like someone who’s incapable of performing his job. Termination for lack of ability seems appropriate.

There are a few non-EU countries we're looking at as well (Mexico, Uruguay, Canada as a failsafe), but my preference would be Europe.

We've been going back and forth on this for a year or more; still a potential for us. In fact, working on putting together a scouting trip for after the 1st of the year, currently considering Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Malta (also Germany, but I already know what that's like!).
