True that!

I was so enamored with Romita Sr, I definitely overlooked Buscema (well, that, and I didn't care for Conan or the Avengers [save for one crazy run], which he did a lot of in the '80s).

Yup! It was HtD at, like, age 6...and then, I guess, 7 or 8 years until I got into comics. And, yeah, my mom's pretty cool. Most moms throw out comics, she started me on my habit. (Of course, she DID throw out my 4th grade stories, which included drawing before I knew what writing comics was.)

Heh. What hap'nd was: 8th grade history, 2 friends drew terrible comic strips. I wanted in on that, started doing same. Mom came home 1 day from a new used-book store: "Hey, since u've been drawing those little strips, thought you'd like these." Tossed me 2 comics. They were so-so, but I was hooked!

That was my very first comic book. Might've even inherited it from my older brother. Had it for years; read it over & over, not really fully understanding most of it (only character I actually knew was Hulk b/c of the TV show). Tossed it; got into comics collecting ~10 yrs later, bought it again!😊

The Tree of Life from Terrence Malick. Surreal, weird, touching and amazing experimental film that I'd only recommend to a movie lover that absolutely adores artsy experimental film.
Never mind movies you’ve watched multiple times, name a movie you’ve watched once and would never watch again.

.44 Magnum Cocks sounds like the name of a video I probably shouldn't be watching.

...when it comes repairing tears or replacing staples, I have to admit, those I agree are a compromise of the product's original state. But if one is NOT collecting for cultural or historical significance, & you just want a pretty comic, then WHY THE HECK NOT get it ALL repaired!?!😃

After our last conversation on your incredible work, I read up on what grading pros think. I mostly disagree w/them. IMO, restoration is important for the medium & should NOT count against grading re: stain removal and flattening--things that can be done w/OUT compromising the original product, but👇

SAME! I thought maybe Fox sold it (& just googled to double-check). Ick.

I also won't watch Mel Gibson movies (b/c he's a racist, antisemitic, woman-beating piece of trash [his pal Mark Wahlberg obviously not much better]) or see Tom Cruise flicks (b/c of the child-molesting death cult).

Isn't Tubi owned by Fox to help fund FoxNews?

...Google indicates yes.
