Meet Cider, the third playable character for Absolum !!!
Was checking the Absolum OST on Tidal because I kinda liked it while playing the game so wanted to listen more closely and they did a neat thing that they got various composers for the boss fights, and one of them is Mick Gordon!

Ok, headbutting dwarf is very cool, but Cider is cooler. A steampunk cyborg/puppet rogue/tinkerer doing spin attacks with extending arm and dive drops and backstabs and also being voiced by Karlach herself @samanthabeart.bsky.social ? Just, too cool. #absolum

In Absolum, you can play a dwarf whose heavy attack is just headbutting stuff. Amazing. Oh, also you can ride a raptor.

Watched polish comedy series 1670 over the weekend and while I absolutely enjoyed the first season the second one was off from start and didn't manage to get better. They got bigger budget, but way worse scripts. Such a weird drop in quality.

Finished Dispatch. For the most part enjoyed it. Don't agree with all the choices the writers made (especially for a choice based game some things were really forced), but it was really fun and engaging overall. Pretty happy with my ending stats too, and open to second season @adhocstudio.com

Predator Badlands good. To some that added depth to what was before just a mute monster enemy might be too much, but I think it was an interesting switch up and it mostly worked. I had a few nitpicks, but it didn't matter much since it was such a fun action buddy ride. Also Elle is great.

Saw Frankenstein today. Amazing cast, amazing visuals and direction. All the practical sets and effects were so good. Felt the last third was a bit too quick and the final confrontation (if we want to call it that) didn't stick right with me. But yeah otherwise a great movie.
