I wish I knew where it came from but I got it as a gift from my mother in law! I think I might keep those plastic sacks so I can refill them for next year. It would be quite easy to make one if you portioned out a few bags of different bird treats

Yes! It’s actually totally true that they used to use poppies as a pain killer and to put you to sleep (sometimes accidentally killing you 😂) so the Greek and Roman gods associated with those things were sometimes depicted with poppies
