1.) This is not a "me" problem, this is common lately as per /r/discover
2.) It's a website problem, I dunno what the fresh hell my account type has to do with it.
3a.) I've never heard of an support team reach out in comments, usually it's like "let's DM and I can help you."

My capture card loves to do wacky stuff. It looks 100% fine on the actual TV while it occasionally does this on the capture. Primarily when I'm in areas of heavy dithering.
And it seems to be limited to my Xbox. The original Sonic 2 on Switch Online doesn't do this at all. So bizarre. 🤔

I installed Krita, and it recognized my tablet flawlessly... now I need to find some tutorials on both how to use Krita to its fullest potential and not draw hot garbage like this image I did a long time ago on CSP of me... standing next to some hot garbage.
