Bit of a health update: I've been recovering a bit. However, my voice is still really trashed right now. I wouldn't expect a return to streaming before Wednesday of next week at the absolute earliest.

Worst case scenario, a micless stream isn't off the table.

Good news: the work on the house completed.

Bad news: I'm quite sick. As in, no voice levels of sick.

I'm very, VERY unlikely to have any streams this week. However, I'm going to try to do some behind-the-scenes grinding to make the playthrough quicker going forward. No promises.

I'm hoping to get the VOD for Thursday stream up on YouTube either today or tomorrow. I noticed that the audio mix was a bit off, so I had to correct that and re-render.

On top of that, I'm having a lot of work done on the house during the early half of the week, so that's got me occupied right now

My return to streaming is kicking off right now!

We're picking right up where I left off with a fan-made sequel mod for the game OMORI.

I am returning to streaming starting TOMORROW NIGHT at 5 PM CDT!

Subdermal Gazette comes roaring back to life with a Halloween Special where I play a fan-made "sequel" to a certain game that's been played quite often over the last few years...

In a hilarious twist of irony, here I am almost three years later thinking about actually making a Lettuce Milk Smoothie.

Maybe it won't be as bad as it sounds...

Welp, everything's down for me also. I wonder if this means that I'll actually do nothing productive tonight...

(If you have a large and important service, you might not want to rely on one singular provider, regardless of how much redundancy they seem to have... just sayin')
Welp, YouTube's down for me also. I wonder if this means that I'll actually do something productive tonight...

You ever eat something that's supposed to be healthy (well, healthier) and wonder two things:

1.) Did I just eat cat food?

2.) Would I have been better off just eating cat food?

Me when I see that my former employer's subreddit is full of people posting about how much worse their jobs are after some implementing major changes they announced literally days after I left:

Two episodes in and Digimon Beatbreak is still holding up well, in my opinion. I'm still being extremely cautious with my optimism. 😬

All the peeps on Threads who slammed me over wanting to use a local account are probably happy as a clam over this. 🤣

Whatever, Microsoft. Just don't take away my options to remove stuff I never use like OneDrive.

I finally got around to seeing the first episode of Digimon Beatbreak. Very good. Even go as far as to say exceptionally good...

...I also thought the first episodes of Xros Wars Hunters and Ghost Game were also exceptionally good, only to be let down later on. I hope this doesn't go that way.

Saying that this game is "kinda hard" is like saying that water is "kinda wet" 🤣

Am I being petty for painting over my ex-employer's branding on their products that I own? 🤔

Sometimes you're just a little less than perfect, and that's okay. 😌

I love how I go into every Steam sale thinking "I have enough, no more this time!" and end up settling for "Hey, let's stay out of triple-digits this time!"

You ever have the urge to tease/announce something but also don't want to out of concern that something could come up to cause a delay?

...Not that it's ever happened to me before. 😅

1.) This is not a "me" problem, this is common lately as per /r/discover

2.) It's a website problem, I dunno what the fresh hell my account type has to do with it.

3a.) I've never heard of an support team reach out in comments, usually it's like "let's DM and I can help you."

Had to stop on cleaning / renovation work due to soreness, so I've been working on updating other social stuff this evening. I got the Linktree updated, and now I'm working on updating my MyAnimeList profile.

There's so much that I have to add or mark as complete/dropped.

I'm giving _that place_ a really small return "trial" to see if it's viable for having an extra place to get more friends and post content again. So far, I'm not super optimistic about it. 😬

So, if you see me there, that's really me. Don't worry, I'm still giving priority to here and Threads.

Oh snap! I have this game floating around somewhere! I remember that it wasn't terrible, but it didn't meet the pretty high bar that "Bass Masters Classic" set.

Damn, I wanna play it now...

Most of my pitfalls with Wordle come from my dumb ass forgetting that multiple letters in a word are a thing. 😂

To the person at the store that thought it would be funny to put small and extra-small clothes on the hangers labelled "extra-large", I applaud you but also SCREW YOU. 🤣

Today I have to install Windows 11 for the first time in several years.

Of course, I didn't forget to print off a "strategy guide" telling me how to do things that I shouldn't have to use a guide to do, such as setting up a local account or stopping it from encrypting my stuff without my consent. 🥲
