My pup has joined a gang, the “puppy dog eye brigade,” which specializes in blackmailing easy marks for leftovers. I heard them discussing getting turkey leg tattoos underneath their eyes.
We see the backs of a red pit mix, a white with tan and black markings husky mix, and a red chihuahua mix with their snouts lifted as they surround and stare intently at the turkey being disassembled on the counter by a person in jeans and a teal shirt.

How many wine fridges does this place have?! I count at least three.
Living/rec room with off-white walls, furniture and rug. There is a pool table at the far end. On the back wall behind the pool table, are green cabinets with a sink and wine fridge. Laundry room with washer and dryer. It has beige cabinets and what looks like a green and peach William Morris floral motif wallpaper. In the cabinets under a window on the left is a wine fridge. What appears to be a butler’s pantry off of the main kitchen. It has very dark gray, with a blue-ish undertone, cabinets and backsplash and white walls with a warm-tone. The cabinets have gold hardware and there are open shelves over the sink in a light, warm wood finish. In the lower bank of cabinets, the left of the sink, is a wine fridge. To the right of the sink, also in the lower bank of cabinets, appears to be another small fridge. It is unclear whether this is also a wine fridge.

“Lizard Music” by Pinkwater was one of the first books I read and loved once I got past the worst of my reading struggles. I was drawn in by an ordinary world made strange. It set the stage for my love of magical realism and urban fantasy. I will never give up my childhood copy. #Bookvember

Ran into this guy while chaperoning student journalists. Definitely some creative costuming choices in D.C. today.

Walking into #MediaFest25 late this morning and was confronted with this juxtaposition on the hotel TVs. Feels like there’s a lesson here someone could use in their talk.

My pup has changed her eating habits while visiting family. The last few days she has carefully eaten just half of her bowl in the morning, saving the rest for later. Her measuring skills are impressive. Anyone else’s dog do this?
