Hey all soaring the blue sky. I haven't posted for many days. I had a long weekend supporting one of my South African influences, #theawakening on their Haunting tour, as well as some other great SA artists at the Praise the Loud Festival. Here I am with #AshtonNyte (The Awakening) & #ArnoCarstens
Not sure about the opening track and the gala-esque brass, but really like the first 5 singles, especially Another Day in Paradise and I Wish It Would Rain Down. But Seriously by Phil Collins is a very important album. I wonder how Phil feels about apartheid in SA today? #philcollins #butseriously

In God's Country is the 4th single from U2's Joshua Tree, released on this day in one of the best years in music, 1987. It is also a favourite of Tori Amos and a great soundtrack for those who contemplate the right and missing ideas of the picket fence dream.
