Fighting to #EndALZ. Always judging your grammar. Probably watching hockey.
I’m running out of adjectives to describe the abhorrent and cruel occupation of Minnesota. This administration’s obsession with our state and our residents is maniacal.
Things are going great, y’all

Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.

The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.
Breaking news: The Justice Department has issued subpoenas for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey as part of an investigation alleging that they are impeding federal law enforcement officers’ abilities to do their jobs in the state.

We just want affordable health care, cheaper groceries, and safe schools. There’s no funding for that. But there’s always funding for war.

This, for example, is a small thing Walz can do: declare a state of emergency so the cities can put in an eviction moratorium.
Evict ICE, not us.

Allowing our neighbors to be evicted because ICE has made it impossible for them to pay rent is unacceptable. Minneapolis needs an immediate eviction moratorium to keep people in their homes.

Weird to be commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Am Rev while living under a government that has a) sent armed troops to occupy cities perceived to be too rebellious, b) rendered largely irrelevant the representative branch of government, and c) claimed imperial right to rule other countries.

Attacking and defunding independent news is anti-democratic and anti-American. We’ve seen this tactic before. State-sponsored media is propaganda.

Trump knowing he’ll be impeached for a THIRD time should be worrisome for the American populous. Remember this moment in history, regardless of the outcome of midterms. The President of the United States knows his actions are impeachable offenses and still doubles down on them.
Trump: "You gotta win the midterms. Because if we don't win the midterms, they'll find a reason to impeach me. I'll get impeached."

If abducting Venezuela’s sitting president was really about holding international drug rings accountable, then the full and complete pardoning of Honduras’ convicted drug trafficker ex-president is … oh wait. There’s no oil in Honduras.

So far the "Peace President" has bombed Yemen, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Nigeria, and now Venezuela.

He's also threatened annexation or invasion of Greenland, Venezuela, Cuba, Mexico, and Colombia.

Reminds us of this 1984 quote "War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength."

TL;DR Votes won’t count, taxes will be late, and health care claims will be denied because Trump is trying to privatize #USPS.

Bet you 10 bucks that “mail will be delayed” right when we’re about to enter the election cycle.
USPS quietly changed its postmark rules — mail is no longer dated when you drop it off. The “official” date is when it hits automated sorting — sometimes days later

Which could have major implications for mail in voting — it’s a clever way to disenfranchise voters that’s going largely overlooked

We’re prosecuting the Feeding Our Future abhorrence while the president pardons fraudsters involved in exponentially more egregious schemes.

Where is the outrage from MAGA? Why is there even the hope of a pardon for people who defraud Americans? Why wasn’t $1.6 billion in stolen funds worth prison?
President Trump has set free a private equity executive who had served less than two weeks of a seven-year sentence for his role in what prosecutors described as a $1.6 billion scheme that defrauded thousands of victims.

David Gentile had been found guilty for his role in what prosecutors described as a $1.6 billion scheme that defrauded thousands of investors.

Shapiro: He rose to some prominence by writing a book about growing up in Appalachia, where there are a whole lot of people who get SNAP. He made millions of dollars off telling their stories, and then he turned his damn back on those very people he likes to write about and claim as his own.
