Honestly, I think it depends on what kinds of words. Maybe 9 months to a year minimum? And for more common words, maybe it'll be longer before they pop up as a prompt again.

(btw I do like the idea of different prompt theme weeks if it's relevant, spooky week and fat bear week were fun!)
