My friends have made my week. It feels very good to have people reach out for my expertise or my emotional support. Still being trusted and valued by people I don’t see or hear from often is always a great reminder of who I am and always have been.

I appreciate the nudges my wife gives me to improve upon things. The notion of "a relationship that pushes you" is controversial for some, but I believe all healthy relationships, platonic and romantic, require the participants to keep their ears and their hearts open for growth and evolution.

I found the flow state and I'm about 85% done with overhauling my personal website. If it turns out the way I'm envisioning, I might add web design to the creative services portfolio, hell.

Anything you post on the internet, you lose control over. That should always be top of mind before you press publish. You can ask that strangers not to do whatever they're gonna do, but we all have been on the internet and social media, specifically, way too long to possess that kind of naïveté.
