Tbh I have no idea if this is the most recent version of this piece I am currently existing entirely on vibes and the nice things people tell me.

From a few years ago... When Layla was born, Damien did everything he could to make sure his Little Star was raised with love and support. He taught her piano and French, showered her with love, and made sure she knew he and her other dad would always support her.

Two versions of this piece... Tbh I don't know which one I prefer. When I first sketched it out I did it with the intention of making it a sticker, this the white background, but I pushed it a bit farther and ended up with the black background version.

I've been trying something new with painting. In college I struggled with oil and acrylic, mostly I gravitated towards ink and watercolor washes. I'm probably fighting against myself on a lot of what I do but I have to try....
