People who can't recognize someone doing some much needed public venting and feeling the need to chastise them.... honestly, just STFU and let them rant. Maybe in the future when things have calmed down and you have their respect, then you can start bringing your thoughts to their attention.

Came here to say this, will add that we need to stop drafting things and asking if Russia agrees - lay down the laws that already exist and tell Russia that's what they have to do. Blow up some boats if needed, they'll take that ball thrown into their court and go home with it.

I once had a supply teacher get mad at me and tell me "Don't sass me young man, I know the score!" to which I replied "Sure but you don't know what game we're playing!" to which I was sent to the principal's office. I often think about that exchange when listening to US officials talk about Russia.

I wish the powers that be, wherever they be, in whatever field they be, would finally understand what "Going For Broke" really means and that Russia went for broke about 3 years ago. Russia cannot change course, pull out or negotiate an end anything short of the goals they went for broke for. 1/2

This has been annoying the hell out of me for the decades I have been following the patterns + behavior of Putin/Russia; other countries/organizations are constantly reacting to their statements and decrees instead of quoting the existing laws and agreements and backing it up with force.

Yes. Even worse than the AI slop is being told on every website and app that I can use AI to do these apparently laborious tasks that take me 15 seconds to accomplish on my own. Someone needs to program AI to understand when it isn't needed.

I'm curious that given how much and how publicly Elon has tinkered with Grok, how responsible that makes him for its output. If it was a proper LLM app that simply collated and spit out what was available on the web, that's one thing, but Musk brags about his control over Grok. 🤔
