That’s inconceivable to Trump, he most likely thinks all of the vanity shit happening is permanent, there won’t ever be a Dem successor again, and all future GOP successors would just attribute their success to him.

Obviously a Dem replacement would completely undo all of Trump's vanity stunts and namings, but even a hypothetically successful authoritarian GOP successor would likely subtly de-emphasise Trump in favour of themselves.
