I cannot emphasize strongly enough how annoying spitters are. Little bastards scream and nut in your face for just enough infection to be a nuisance without being a major threat.

I might be getting into the prisoner mentality but seeing the sun puts me on edge. No doors to mine, no chokes to defend, only vast skies and the soft pattering of sand scattered by the wind.
