Well it’s official the cut is over at 275. Bulk starts tomorrow. Health phase for the past month did what needed to be done. Now the march to 340.

No matter how old I get, rejection never feels good. What I’ve found that works for me is to acknowledge and validate the feelings, process them and move forward. Not every person or opportunity is meant for you and that’s okay. The ones that are meant to be will come when they’re supposed to. 🔥

After 5 weeks of bulking (still tons more to go) I’m back into the 290s and happy with the gains made just got to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
