I have a few thoughts writing wise for season 2 of hazbin, that while an improvement over the first, there’s still issues that hold it back (set up that doesn’t pay off, or a payoff with no actual set up, ideas brought up that doesn’t come back, inconsistent characterization)

the reality is that they have already won & they do not want to change anything. they want a strong republican party, as they say often. the only time they put any work in is to sabotage candidates running to the left of them, otherwise they just sit around doing insider trading
