I didn't see any reporting of her defending trans folks. Maybe she did it in a speech I missed, but I know it was discussed at the time (by the usual centrists) how Dems needed to not sound woke.

When you substitute identity politics for your denial of political power, you're actually discrediting all the real world situations in which identity plays a part.
