I've been suffering from Carpel Tunnel pain in both wrists for two months now. I've had Carpel Tunnel since December but managed to stop the pain with wrist exercises. However, I overused them again like an idiot.
I can type for long periods now. Here's hoping I can get back to normal, and soon
