In general chem i don't remeber the order but we studied oxydoreduction, thermodynamics (!!!!) (We also did this in physics), acids and bases and i know i'm forgetting smth but i hope that already helps a bit 🥹 unfortunately my books were in french so i don't think they'd help

In organic chem it starts with the basics (how are electrons "organized" in an atom, cf. Pauli exclusion principle) and from this we derive the type of bonds that can exist (pi, sigma) and from this the type of reactions to form bonds: electophilic/neurophilic aditions and substitions for instance

I only did a year of med school and it was in france but we had both organic and "physical chemistry" (that back then we just called general chem). In both of these we didnt have any labs, only non-mandatory exercises in which we solved problems as they might be on the exam :)
