I’m the face in the crowd no one sees. Liberal, progressive. A negative optimist. I’m behind you in the grocery store. I sit next to you at the doctor. I am your neighbor.
A lot of die hard supporters are in such denial that showing them heartbreaking evidence of the human tragedy happening all around them doesn’t sink in.

The greased pig of truth slips away again.

Somebody should write a cautionary tale… a children’s book about the evils of bullying.

Wait! That’d be too terrifying. Why ruin their childhood anymore than it already is?

Adult son lives with us. Can’t afford to live on his own. His employer was bought out by huge corporation. His health insurance tanks. He needs it.

To get coverage via the Marketplace his premium would be half his take home. We won’t live forever. Then what?

CBS & Paramount etc., etc. are linked.

Think mergers and acquisitions. Think private equity. Think control by the wealthy few.

Forget mainstream media.

Stop watching or streaming what these companies own.

It’s where our power lies.

No. Just “no.” So many levels of “no.”

Proud to be a card-carrying Costco member. Pride in American citizenship….well, that’s complicated.

Increasingly, we watch DVDs . We buy used. Much less expensive than streaming. Some I flip later.

Streamed a show yesterday. Eight ads in a row, one ad was repeated five times.

Overkill. These torturous ads just lead me to create a list of products & companies who won’t get my money.

Backlash from the White House, anyone?

The biggest reason why? They don’t read them.

Worked in public high school classrooms. The majority of students did as little as possible yet passed anyway.

Ponder the implications of this.

The tsunami of ignorance keeps building.

Reap what you sow. Highly punchable!

Ewwwww.

Yay!

They’ve got that right.

The essence of the show wasn’t the cool gadgets, cheesy sets, the occasional bad scripts or acting.

It was about the ongoing development of human consciousness. The exploration of inner space to define what it means to be human.

As long as there are humans, that will be relevant.

Amen!

It doesn’t matter to him if it’s true or not. He’s incapable of coherence and will be the last to face that fact because he doesn’t traffic in fact.

It’s all smoke from a toxic fire.

Can he do that?

Wait!

He does get away with the unbelievable.

Typically, the only beef I buy is ground. I use less meat period.

Almost never buy, chips, soda, etc. so I can still afford coffee. Extravagant.

Sales dictate dinner.

I thrift even more than before.

Been poor a good portion of my life. Never expected it to be this bad and to get worse.

Zelenskyy would be a better US president than what we have now.

A much, much better one but so would I. I would be much better but I bow to much, much.

Pointing the finger at the other doesn’t make someone innocent. It makes them more suspicious.

The willfully ignorant ignore that. This batch of Republicans knows it.
