What those values should be idk. But it could limit the cynical democratic process of getting your proposition in when only your water voters would vote. But it would allow for important things that everyone wants to have a chance to get on the ballot if speed is necessary

I think it would be interesting to make the signature requirement be inversely proportional to the historic vote counts in elections. So for presidential elections you would be required to gather fewer signatures compared to the amount you would need for a 1 off recall.

Bay trail is great. But access to the other parts of mission bay as a consumer and visitor has always been supbar for a newish development imo

Such a frustrating area. It's pretty new, yet the pedestrian and cycling amenities as you said are performative, and not actually useful.

I learned from a painter I hired that even giving the paint store the same color could end up with a different actual look since the underlying base formula changes fairly often.

This is great. I have avoided this because of the amount of sand there. This will make my cargo bike rides to Home Depot a lot more bearable I think.
