This is Minneapolis:

Walk into my neighborhood ACE last night & see the signage on their door notifying fed agents that it’s private property and cannot be used for immigration enforcement. These signs are all over the city.

Walk in & the nearest shelf has goggles & whistles.

We have seen this before in other nations, in other eras. The lesson is always the same: authoritarianism does not arrive all at once. It advances by inches, justified by emergencies, sanctified by fear, and enforced by those who convince themselves they are merely “following orders.” #ICEOUTforGood
ICE Trump regime agents kidnapped a 17 year old boy working at Target, the regime thugs beat and tortured him then dropped him off 9 minutes away from his job site when they realized he was a US citizen, he was bloodied and bruised when witnesses helped him.

Breaking NYT:

The Pentagon used a secret aircraft painted to look like a civilian plane in its first boat attack, according to officials briefed on the matter.

The laws of armed conflict forbid combatants from feigning civilian status.

That is a war crime called "perfidy."

An excellent analysis of why masking and dressing ICE agents in plain clothes violates the US Constitution and international law.

Congress should pass a law requiring agents to show their faces, identify themselves, & wear their badges. It’s not agent safety we have to worry about these days.

End so-called Kavanaugh stops & admin warrant-based forced entry into homes too. Let’s have a Constitution.

In under 48 hours, you organized nearly 1,200 marches and vigils in all 50 states and DC for Renee Nicole Good.

There are more of us than there are of them — and We the People won’t stop demanding accountability for ICE’s killing of Renee. #ICEOutForGood

ICE also fired pepper balls and tear gas. This is happening in AMERICA. LIVE NOW ⬇️

FYI: Judge Ellis (Chicago ICE case) noted in November that video evidence shows ICE "brake-checked other motorists in an attempt to force accidents that agents could then use as justifications for deploying force."

There are many ways of course Congress could limit or regulate ICE. For example, a law could require approval of the mayor or local authorities for any deployment of ICE or CBP to any community.

Heather & Joanne, it would be great if you could do a program on Emmitt Till and how his brutal murder changed the course of our history.

I hope that Renee Good’s murder will do the same.

As soon as I heard that Renee Nicole Good had been shot without cause three times in the face by a masked ICE agent, I thought of Emmit Till.

I hope that like the murder of Emmett Till, the murder of Renee Good will inspire all of us to rise up and overthrow Trump’s brutal regime.

ICE has awarded a contract to Constellis Holdings, the successor to the notorious mercenary firm Blackwater.

The contract is for "skip tracing" to hunt down 1.5 million immigrants—and offering bounties for their locations.

Using whatever surveillance tools they want—no badges, no oversight.

They’re targeting and invading Minnesota. Cutting off all of our federal funding and flooding our state with federal agents with no purpose. They’re here to terrorize, cause chaos to justify their unlawful cruelty. Enough.
