It’s strange how a picture comes together. Sometimes the seeds of an idea are sown, and it can take years before they blossom into something concrete.

I was asked the other day how I felt about a new painting I’d just finished. All I could think to say was that I was grateful it had set me along a new path—a step on a journey (perhaps that’s all individual paintings are for the maker?). Let me know your thoughts.
