It's such a cockwombie: You impose tarrifs on imported goods and services, collect the money from the importers (i.e. American organizations and persons), and then propose to give them back the money you've taken from them via the tarrifs, and refer to it as "income". Umglaublich!

Here's an idea:
- For the Senate, let's abolish stock trading but keep elections
- For the House of Representative, trading's ok, but all members will be selected in the same way as jurors: You'll get a summons in the mail, and head to DC for your one (1) term. No time for graft or corruption.
