Still dreaming that someday I'll make the world ever so slightly better.
Also these target frequencies are below what speakers can replicate so it’s the interference pattern that creates those extremely low frequencies

That’s a critical price of this — the idea is that your brain is trying to track where the sound is coming from spatially but the inference beats are tuned to be in the theta and then delta range so the brain slips into that mode which is also the mode you are in when sleeping 😎

Sorry to hear that — as with any challenge getting to the real root cause is a big part of the solution

(Trust me I know that getting sleep is a big part of getting to said root cause)

You have the speakers one each side of the bed right? This only works with the stereo spread

FoolStack devs?

Yep — that

Pleasant dreams!

I wanted to build a tunnel I crawled inside (made of monitors) and I would lay on my back with keyboards on each side so I would not have to lift my hands…

Oh and use my feet for moving the mouse

Here’s one of the more pure forms — way too many of them out there and as I said you have to be selective

If this works for you (depends on the root cause of the problem of course) you’ll likely want to use every night

After 7 days or so you’ll find you will need a break

Hint: if it sounds like music it’s not pure frequencies — avoid the ones that have a music track

Personally I have some ideas on how some tracks might be recorded better but have yet to record any using the techniques I think would improve the experience

What the shakers do is allow your body to feel the sound instead of just hearing it

When you have the shakers explore binaurals in the delta and theta range as well as solfeggio frequencies and things like the schumann resonance

Tons of YouTube material but most of it is useless
December 4, 2025 at 1:11 AM
If you wish to see if this might work for you then before you get the shakers and the amp try setting up good (by good I mean large) set of speakers and place them one on each side of the bed so you sleep within the stereo field

Then play binaural beats where the freq diff is around 4 to 10 hertz
December 4, 2025 at 1:07 AM
Yes but it works — at least for me
December 3, 2025 at 11:35 AM
I hooked up “shakers” and placed them under the mattress then I play various frequencies that the brain like to “follow the bouncy ball” with and that places you into a theta or delta state

HUGE improvement in my sleep patterns since

I find as long as you know your stuff you might have a fighting chance of survival

Just a chance mind you

Exactly 💯

Like we need yet another problem to stay up all night and ponder…

Those are just the good days
