how can your work on a sequel to a cult classic immersive sim/rpg and decide that this is ok😭😭😭

I waited for 6 years for a copy of this calendar to show up on ebay, the other day I finally received an email alert, I was in the middle of a meeting, I could barely contain my excitement and immediately bid on the auction.

spotted at Sainsbury's. Haven't seen stuff like this since the dot-com bubble 25 years ago, it's when even marketing for stuff like random-shit-wine tries to get into the AI bandwagon that you know you have a bubble about to burst.

Latest pickups for my CRPGs library: a copy of Rogue, Temple of Apshai Trilogy and Deathlord, this last one seems to be a severely underrated game for the Apple II, and I'm in love with that cover art

It's #randomgamesaturday so let me pick my entry. It's *drumrolls* Head Buster from the Sega Game Gear! This one's hard but really fun. Build your team of mechas and go bust some heads in many, many scenarios. It's by NCS and Masaya so you know the robots look cool

I love these two so I'll break the thread theme of using old tech, because John Carmack. This is Robin Williams and Trent Reznor at E3 with Carmack from id software. Second photo is Trent Reznor with a Quake 1 tshirt, with David Lynch (NIN scored Quake, Trent and Robin Williams were both Doom fans)
