I'm sad to read about the death of a pedestrian this morning. She was fatally struck on N 16th & N C Streets. By coincidence, I nervously rode my bike across 16th at B Street Saturday night. Traffic on 16th is fast-moving, lighting is dim, & it's a wide one-way street. www.sacbee.com/news/local/a...
